Customer Service Representative

Support members and providers with professional, timely answers while protecting confidential information.

View responsibilities
  1. Respond to routine telephone inquiries professionally and promptly.
  2. Provide updates on claims, authorizations, and eligibility.
  3. Assist members with claims and other service-related questions.
  4. Own assigned issues through resolution and keep members informed.
  5. Return calls within required timeframes.
  6. Maintain positive relationships across internal departments.
  7. Document interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  8. Respond to claims-status fax inquiries and follow up as needed.
  9. Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.
